Bouldering Session (for all ages and abilities)

Bouldering is a term for low level climbing without ropes, all of bouldering walls reach up to 4.5mtrs and have thick safety matting below. Booking in advance is advisable and anyone under the age of 7 will need to be accompanied by another paying adult. A safety briefing will be conducted before entry.

The climbing wall has 1.5 hour sessions starting at 10am each morning. Booking in advance is essential anyone under the age of 7 will need to be accompanied by another paying adult.

Climbing Trial Session (for all ages and abilities)

The session will start by getting fitted out with a set of specialist climbing shoes. After a safety talk with one of our instructors you will then start with some bouldering (low level climbing) on a variety of different walls including flat walls, overhangs, inclines and cave sections. This will be followed by top roped climbs with our instructor on the 9 metre wall, try to get to the top or test your speed with our timer.

Sessions last 1.5 hours and include climbing shoes, bouldering time, rope climbs on 9 metre wall.

1-3 people	£17 per person

Climbing Taster Session (for all ages and abilities)

The session will start by getting fitted out with a set of specialist climbing shoes. This will be followed by top roped climbs with our instructor on the 9 metre wall, try to get to the top or test your speed with our timer. You will then be taken to the top of our 9 metre wall to try an abseil.

Sessions last 1.5 hours and include climbing shoes, bouldering time, rope climbs on 9 metre wall, abseil from 9 metre wall.

Competent Climbers

For those of you wanting to come and use the ropes on you're own there is a one-off registration. You will undertake a competency test to prove your ability and then your good to go. This will involve showing our instructor you can put on a harness, tie a suitable knot and use a belay device and a few other bits.
