We use MailChimp, a piece of third-party mailing list software to manage our newsletter. When you sign up or when you become a client, your details will be added to our MailChimp account. We are able to gather statistics regarding how often recipients open our newsletters or click links in our newsletters to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter.
